Who can use Diagnost?

Diagnost is a platform for tracking your health traits. We do not diagnose diseases. Our goal is to evaluate your health status and assess any possible disease risks. Diagnost is a preventive medicine platform; in case of serious health problems, you should consult with your medical doctor. Our platform is available in the UK and the EU countries and there are no strict eligibility criteria for the test but one – you should be above the age of 18.

How does the Diagnost website work? Is it different from the Diagnost application?

Our platform, either through the application or web service, works as a hub for all sufficient tools to monitor and track health. Briefly, once you register on Diagnost, you will have a free check-up – which allows you to analyse your health at a deeper level – and get our advice. Choose the kit, receive it and send it back. We then analyse and perform your test and you will get your results and report with interpretations and recommendations.

Which biological material does Diagnost use to perform a test?

Diagnost uses a dried blood spot from a pricked finger, dried urine and saliva to perform your tests. There are multiple advantages to the use of these materials, which can be found on the page of each corresponding test. For example, Diagnost uses dried urine tests for the Advanced Health Check Up, which checks a very broad panel of hormones and their metabolites. In this case, the dried urine test is the only way to assess metabolites of hormones, as they are excreted in this way.

How can I get my results from Diagnost?

When our laboratory performs the analysis of your data and our medical experts generate the report, you will be notified by email that your results are available on the Diagnost platform. You have 24/7 access to your report and can make comments or clear doubts regarding your results and their interpretation. You can also download your report in PDF format.

May I use my result for clinical diagnosis or have consultation based on them with local medical experts?

Diagnost is not a substitute for medical doctors and clinical analyses. Our mission is preventive medicine and not differential diagnosis of any diseases; however, the results from your test are reviewed by medical experts and, in this regard, you might use them to get a consultation either with our medical doctors via telemedicine or a second opinion from a general practitioner at your local clinic.

How specific are the results from Diagnost?

Diagnost works with certified laboratories, which conform to high standards of accuracy and use cutting-edge technologies and state-of-art methodology. All parameters in tests are validated with external and internal controls.

How can I get a personalised treatment programme?

After getting your report with the interpretation of your results, you become eligible to receive a personalised programme for the correction of symptoms based on the medical indicators of your test. To get this program, you will have to choose the option Consultation a Medical Specialist on the Diagnost platform in your private account for an online examination and interview, and make a decision regarding additional tests for a personalised treatment programme.

May I gift a kit from Diagnost to another person?

Definitely! You can purchase a kit or buy a gift card and send it to another person as a gift. When purchasing the kit, indicate the location of the recipient in the line of recipient address “Shipping to”; the billing address will be your location indicated previously during the registration on our web page.

If something is wrong with my results, how do I make a complaint?

In case you have any problems, doubts or complaints regarding your results or services, you can send an email clearly stating the issue and its details to support@diagnost.com. You will get an answer within 3 business days.

Will Diagnost share my personal information with others? How do I keep my medical data and personal information secure?

In the era of digital medicine, Diagnost ensures the security of personal data on the highest level. Diagnost never shares any personal or medical information with anyone except our medical experts who evaluate your results on our platform. All information is encrypted and stored on the protected servers in the UK and EU.
